  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pound white almond bark
  • 6 ounces red candy melts
  • 6 ounces blue candy melts
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or resealable bag with a rolling pin.
  3. Mix crushed cookies and softened cream cheese in a bowl until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  6. Melt almond bark in the microwave until smooth; dip each ball in melted bark and place back on the baking sheet.
  7. Melt red and blue candy melts separately; drizzle over truffles and add sprinkles before they set.
  8. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until serving.
