  • 1 apple, peeled and diced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 40 g flour
  • 25 g sugar
  • 25 g cold butter, cubed
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 12 tsp milk

Instructions

  1. For the dough: Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl. Add warm milk, egg, and softened butter; knead until smooth. Let rise for 30 minutes.
  2. For the cheesecake filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a separate bowl until smooth.
  3. For the apple filling: Cook diced apple with melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until tender.
  4. Make crumble topping: Mix flour and sugar; cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  5. Assemble: Roll out dough, spread cheesecake filling, top with apple filling, roll up tightly, slice into pieces. Place on baking sheet and sprinkle with crumble.
  6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
