  • 2 teaspoons McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 32 ounces confectioners' sugar (sifted)
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk (up to ½ cup)
  • Pinch kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened unsalted butter in a stand mixer bowl on medium-high speed until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
  2. Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  3. Gradually add the sifted confectioners' sugar and whole milk while mixing on low speed. Scrape the bowl frequently.
  4. Increase speed to medium-high and whip for at least 3 minutes until airy and fluffy.
  5. If too thick, gradually mix in additional milk until desired consistency is reached.
