  • 3 black olives (for eyes)
  • 1 piece of red bell pepper (for tongues)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for brushing)
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut black olives into small pieces for the eyes and slice the red bell pepper into forked tongues.
  3. Unroll the pizza dough onto a clean surface and cut it into 12 equal strips.
  4. Roll each strip into a 12-inch rope, tapering one end for the tail and flattening the other for the head.
  5. Wrap each rope around a greased chopstick or metal straw, ensuring they are tightly wound.
  6. Brush the snakes with olive oil and sprinkle with poppy seeds and sesame seeds.
  7. Place olive pieces on top as eyes.
  8. Bake on parchment-lined baking sheets for 11 to 15 minutes until golden brown, then cool slightly before removing chopsticks.
  9. Insert red pepper slices into the tip of each head as forked tongues.
