  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 tsps salt
  • 1.5 qts favorite ice cream flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease two 8×8-inch pans and line with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined using a hand mixer.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Incorporate vegetable oil and vanilla extract into the mixture.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Divide batter between prepared pans and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for about 30-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Cool brownies for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
  9. Thaw your favorite ice cream for about 5-10 minutes until scoopable.
  10. Assemble by spreading ice cream over one brownie layer and topping with the second layer. Freeze for at least six hours before serving.
