Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter (for caramelizing)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Extract (water-Free)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a springform pan and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, flour, and vanilla extract. Mix in eggs one at a time until just combined.
  3. Pour batter over crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center. Turn off the oven and let cool inside for an hour.
  4. For caramelized bananas, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced bananas and brown sugar; cook until golden. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Prepare the glaze by simmering Vanilla Extract (water-Free), brown sugar, and water in a saucepan until slightly thickened.
  6. Once cooled, top cheesecake with bananas and drizzle with glaze before serving.
