  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Combine beef broth, cubed stew beef, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, beef bouillon, and Worcestershire sauce in the slow cooker.
  2. Layer Yukon potatoes, sliced carrots, and onions on top of the seasoned beef.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 4–6 hours or low for 6–8 hours until the beef is fork-tender.
  4. Stir in frozen sweet peas once cooking is complete.
  5. To thicken the gravy, whisk together cornstarch and water until smooth. Slowly stir this mixture into the crockpot.
  6. Cover and switch to high heat for an additional 10 minutes until thickened. Serve hot.
