  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • Chocolate chips or candy melts for coating
  • Assorted toppings (sprinkles, chopped nuts, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, salt, vanilla extract, and eggs until well combined. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture.
  3. Fold in the oat flour until just combined. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 30–36 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Once cooled, crumble the brownies into a bowl and form small balls using your hands or a cookie scoop.
  5. Melt your choice of coating in a microwave-safe bowl and dip each brownie ball in it. Decorate with your favorite toppings before allowing them to set.
