  • 1/3 cup chopped onions
  • 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinch of red chili pepper
  • Oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the boiled potatoes until smooth. Add chili powder, cumin, ginger, garlic powder, red chili pepper, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Incorporate the chopped onions, bell pepper, and peas into the potato mixture.
