  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup turkey bacon bits
  • 6 English muffins
  • 1/2 cup Heinz chili sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl, add heavy cream, salt, pepper, and onion powder, and whisk until well mixed.
  3. Cook the egg mixture in a greased non-stick sauté pan over medium heat until set but soft. Stir in half of the turkey bacon bits.
