  • 1 ¼ lb sirloin steak
  • ¼ cup ghee or butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
