  • 2 ears corn (shucked and sliced)
  • 2 chicken or turkey cajun style sausage links (sliced)
  • 1 lb large raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 6 Tbsp butter (diced)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (425°F).
  2. Microwave potatoes for about 3 minutes until slightly tender; slice.
  3. Lay out double sheets of aluminum foil; layer potato slices, corn disks, sausage slices, and shrimp in the center.
  4. Melt butter; stir in lemon juice, thyme, and garlic. Drizzle over the packet.
  5. Season with Old Bay and seal the foil tightly.
  6. Grill sealed side up for 12-15 minutes until shrimp are pink and potatoes are tender.
