3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut yogurt
1 cup fresh cherries, pitted
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Instructions
Prepare the Cherry Jam: Heat pitted cherries in the microwave for 30 seconds. Mash them with a fork until broken down. Stir in chia seeds and maple syrup, then refrigerate to thicken.
