  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the cod fillets on the prepared baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika if desired.
  3. Bake the cod for 12 to 15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
