  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked couscous
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly coated.
  2. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F). Let rest before slicing.
  3. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with cilantro, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until creamy.
