  • 6 medium-sized ripe bananas (mashed)
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar and granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin pan with 18 liners.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla; mix on medium speed for 3 minutes.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Warm Nutella in the microwave for about 30 seconds until pourable.
  6. Fill muffin cups three-quarters full with batter and swirl in Nutella using a toothpick.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
