  • 2 sheets of ready roll puff pastry (vegan & gluten-free)
  • 6 tablespoons of vegan Nutella
  • 2 medium-sized bananas
  • 3 tablespoons of dairy-free milk (for the wash)
  • 2 tablespoons of caster sugar
  • Dairy-free white chocolate buttons (for decoration)
  • Icing sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into rectangles (4 inches by 6 inches).
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of vegan Nutella on one half of each rectangle and top with banana slices.
  4. Fold over the pastry to create pockets and seal edges with a fork.
  5. Brush tops with dairy-free milk and sprinkle caster sugar before baking for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Once cooled, drizzle melted dairy-free white chocolate to create mummy bandages and dust with icing sugar.
