  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 stem from a bell pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups shredded sharp cheddar until well combined.
  2. Lay out cling wrap on the counter and sprinkle ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar in the center.
  3. Scoop the cheese mixture onto the cheddar layer and cover with remaining shredded cheese.
  4. Wrap the cling wrap tightly around the mixture to form a ball.
  5. Use rubber bands to shape the wrapped ball into a pumpkin form.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Top with a bell pepper stem for decoration and serve with assorted crackers.
