  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 2 cups Reese's pieces

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and peanut butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt before gradually adding to the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in peanut butter chips and Reese's pieces gently.
  6. Chill the dough for 15 minutes before scooping onto prepared baking sheets about three inches apart.
  7. Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are set but centers remain gooey. Let cool on sheets for at least 30 minutes before serving.
