  • 3/4 cup white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 6 small cucumbers
  • 8 sprigs fresh dill
  • 4 cloves garlic (peeled and sliced thin)
  • 2 tablespoons pickling spice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Brine: In a medium saucepan, combine water, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  2. Prepare the Cucumbers: Wash cucumbers and cut each into four spears.
