  • 1 1/2 pounds zucchini, diced

  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 7 ounces aged cheddar, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned. Stir in diced zucchini and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Mix in diced tomatoes with their juice, oregano, and smoked paprika; stir well.
