1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce (as substitute for Worcestershire sauce)

Instructions
In a bowl, combine scallops, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and optional cayenne pepper. Toss to coat and marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated scallops and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
