  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine beef cubes with Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika; toss until coated.
  2. Layer halved baby potatoes in the slow cooker and drizzle with half of the melted butter and olive oil. Spread minced garlic over the potatoes.
  3. Place seasoned beef on top of the potatoes and drizzle with remaining melted butter and olive oil.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours until beef is fork-tender.
  5. Stir gently before serving and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
