  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 green bell pepper (diced into 1 inch pieces)
  • 1 red onion (cut into 1 inch pieces)

  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

  2. Thread beef sirloin, mushrooms, green bell pepper, and red onion onto skewers.
