  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in 1 tablespoon water (for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef (or alternative), breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper until just mixed.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
