  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 pieces naan bread
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup cucumber slices
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook cubed chicken seasoned with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper until golden brown (about 6–8 minutes). Remove from heat.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and place naan on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread tzatziki sauce over each naan, topping with mozzarella cheese (if using), cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, red onion, and feta cheese.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are crispy and cheese is melted (if added).
  5. Garnish with fresh dill or parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
